Martin Scorsese presented with Master Hsu’s work
Martin Scorsese’s latest film, Silence, is based on Japanese author Shusaku Endo’s novel of the same name. Silence was filmed over the past five months entirely in Taiwan. Locations included Taipei, Taichung and Hualien. On May 4, at a press event in Taipei, Martin Scorsese and the actor Andrew Garfield spoke about their amazing journey filming and living in Taiwan.
